Retail Dynamics is proud to announce the launch of a new network initiative for decision takers and
professionals involved in the large Belgian DIY Universe.

In this (post) recession period, more and more managers - due to a general policy of cost reduction - have removed ‘ study trips ‘ from their diaries. Nevertheless, they still remain keen on discovering and learning about new stores concepts in DIY, Home Improvement and Gardening abroad.

Rodney Fitch's Lecture will focus on the framework which allows to deliver true consumer driven experience in a multi channel retail environment.

Prof. Rodney Fitch CBE is the Founder of Fitch Inc, one of the world’s leading Design Agencies operating worldwide in
numerous countries and studios.

During a distinguished career, spanning nearly four decades,
Rodney Fitch galvanized the retail universe with his views on strategic retail design.

In 1990 Rodney was awarded CBE, the Commander of the British Empire for his influence on the Design Industry.

In 2005 he was inducted into the Legion of Honor and Hall of Fame of the American Institute of Store Planners.

Rodney is Chairman of Victoria Albert Enterprises where he supervises the commercial and retail activities of the Museum.

Prof. Fitch teaches Retail Design at the University of Delft.
